Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).

Effects of Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you for all payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of:

• receiving the returned goods, or

• receiving proof that the goods have been returned

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

• The goods must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging where possible

• The goods must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Custom or made-to-order bags

• Goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Items

A product is considered faulty if it:

• Arrives damaged

• Has manufacturing defects

• Is not as described

• Is not fit for its intended use

Minor variations in colour, texture, size, or finish due to the handmade nature of our products are not considered faults.

If an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement, including delivery and return costs, in accordance with the law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returned goods must be sent following the return instructions provided by us after your return request is approved.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds cannot be issued until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
